Dinner Getaways

Gonna blog about food in this post. Have been eating alot than usual lately. Life is definitely awesome with great people and FOOD around.

On 28th June 2011, SCKLM day - WY, Yee Jie, Feo Man, Michael and myself had our dinner at Las Carretas Mexican Restaurant, Taipan USJ. Dinner treat by YJ in conjunction with his new employment at Microsoft. This is my second time here after the first visit with Melvin on 2009 X-mas day.

Crisp Tortilla Chips Gratinated With Jalapenos, Bell Pepper Relish, Enchilada Sauce & Loads Of Cheese.



Chicken Fajitas
Sliced Grilled Beef Steak Or Cajun Flavored Chicken Served On A Sizzling Hot Skillet With Sautéed Onions & Capsicums & Complimented With Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole, Cheese And Not Forgetting Our Warm Flour Tortilla.

 Spaghetti With Ragout Of Mushroom
Tossed In Our Creamy Mushroom Sauce & Enhanced With Pesto! "A Tribute to Marco Polo"

 Braised Australian Lamb Shank
Carefully Braised with 12 Different Herbs & Spices & Served with Tossed Tagliatelle & Seasonal Vegetables.
*the meat was sooooo tender.. love it


Tostadas Supremo
Crispy Flour Tortilla Topped with Shredded Chicken, Jalapenos, Relish, Salsa, Oregano & Melted Cheese.
As usual, my meal never complete without desserts!!! :)

Followed by Korean cuisine Little Korea, Solaris Mont Kiara following weekend. Dinner treat by Michael. Been here years ago with Kuan and Bean. Same interior as before. The restaurant began to fill up after 7pm and luckily we reached there earlier. Had early dinner and Haagen-Dazs that night.

Done with dinner, we proceed to Haagen Dazs for desserts.............. I'm Lovin' It



Seventh Heaven - seven scoops of ice creams served with some slices of fruits
good choice for sharing to try different flavours of Haagen Dazs
" Raspberry Sorbet, Vanilla, Macadamia Nut, Strawberry, 
Rum Raisin, Green Tea, Mango & Passion Fruit "

Next day (Sunday) - badminton in the morning followed by hair salon at Bangsar.
Did I mention that FeoMan, Michael, WY and myself went for Transformers on Friday night? Awesome-ness isn't it?!?


Another packed and wonderful weekend. Thanks for the companion especially him. :)
