Monday, 10.51 am :: Updating my lil' blog in the meeting room. We just get back from Bali last Saturday. Bali revisited for myself. It was an awesome and great vacation with the family. I have been to most of the places in my last visit with the girls, Kuan, Bean and Liya. Different companion and different status this time around.. oppsss~ :)

I have some update on the Virtual Treasure Hunt contest finale organized by My Chocolate Mousse at Covershot, Kelana Jaya and also the mini portrait complimentary by Covershot company weekend before be left for Bali.

14/4/2011 - The event took place at Waterfront, Covershot (Kelana Jaya lake). 
We were the 1st couple to arrived. To our surprised, few couples really dressed up. wow~! 

No hope for us to be in the top 3.. :(

We had light refreshment for dinner. The food served was not too bad. Haha. 

Can't really remember what was the started and ended times. 

Went back with 7th prize - Pre-wedding mini portrait collection worth RM1000 by Stories (2 hours).

Yet to contact the sponsor to arrange for the photoshooting.

WHY am I feeling down? 

I need to keep myself from falling into "Depression Unhappy pit"..

Am I being too sensitive with things? 

Tired and don't feel like saying anything. I prefer to be alone at times. 

Can't get over the past? Sigh.. 

I wish that I could erase all the negative thoughts in my memory..

Things have been going bad recently. :(

Overestimated myself and expecting other half to be more sensitive.

Morning peeps!!!!

As usual the very first thing I did once on my lappy was to check my email. As if I am a busy businesswoman.. LOL

And guess what, I received TWO Congratulations email. I'm only expecting one email from Chocolate Mousse Service regarding next week finale. AND, there is another one from Vision KL. I won a pair of tickets to watch Indicinelive at KLPAC tonight. Too bad, I can't make it tonight. Soooo lucky!!! 

What a great way to start the day.. :)

Life isn't so bad afterall

After the hectic and frustrated weekend, I finally calm myself. There is a solution to every problem. Thank you so much to WY for all his supports and encouragement. I love u, J.

A good news from sis yesterday evening help to cheer me up. She passed her final exam. And officially graduate as medical student. I'm so proud of her. Woohoo~

A call from contest organizer this morning makes me think that there is still hope for everything. I'm still waiting for the email regarding finale next week. I am one of the 8 finalists. Obviously I hope to win the 1st prize. I am so wanna get my Civil Ceremony held here. My ROM venue at waterfront studio. But this is only for the 1st prize. God bless me :)

Wondering what will be the final challenge to determine the winner. Although I will definitely win one of the prize, but still I hope for the best.

To WY, lets buckle up and get ready for the challenge!! We can do it, baby!!!

The Stress and Depression

The title tells everything about this post.

I had issue with the restaurant at Malacca. I did not get the main hall for my wedding reception. WHY do I care so much about not getting main hall? These Q has been asked by relatives!! Let me elaborate more WHY!!!

1) The small hall is NOT in rectangular shape. It is L shape. So, can u guys imagine the layout?

2) SMALL stage with portable projector screen with standing shell. The screen is very important to me as we are going to have few slideshows. With the layout, guests at the back can't really view the screen.

3) There is a bar counter beside the red carpet for march in. WTH...

4) Limited space for the reception area.

Last weekend was a bad and tiring weekend for me. I tried to call up few other venue but everywhere else was fully booked. Seems like 19th November is an auspicious date.

I have an option to get other vendor for bigger projector screen but the hall size doesn't cater for it. Again, I need to think of other alternative for it.

I was so pissed that I wanted to pull out my friends list for other wedding venue. But I have consider cost matter as well. How I wish I could win some sponsorship from any contest. Haha

Things are not smooth as planned and we need to think of alternative way.

Seems like we are going to leave it and stick to the initial plan. Should I just focus on my dream honeymoon instead of wedding? :(
